We started Rootstock Plants because James has always dreamed of being self-employed, and wanted to turn his passion for plants into something he could share with others.
James has always loved gardening and he enjoys helping others learn to love it too. Setting up Rootstock Plants has given him the opportunity to do what he loves whilst sharing healthy, well-cared-for plants with our local community.
Hello from James & Sarah
We're James and Sarah, and we have suddenly realised we hardly have any photos of the two of us together.
We have been together for 20 years, and we live together with our children, dog (Amber), and flock of chickens.
Whilst James is hard at work finding stock, growing plants, tending to plants, talking to customers, and much more; Sarah is behind the scenes working on social media, accounts, and website design (hasn't she done a wonderful job...).
We're a good team and enjoy getting out to markets to meet our customers. So, if you ever see us about, please come by and say hello!
